I Love cooking, but in the past year or so I have gotten hooked on using my Traeger Smoker to make all kinds of different things from, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, burgers, fish, and even cookies. This blog will give you an idea on how I cook using my Traeger, Grill, Oven and any other way I can think of to make thing delicious. But I warn you MOST things will be done using the Traeger Lil Tex.

Smoked Rabbit with sausage
This is the rabbit I just put on the Traeger, has sweet Italian sausage pined on the outside and a little on the inside, then a sweet mesquite shake. Smoking at about 300 deg.
